Scot.E3 is holding a one-day conference in Edinburgh on Saturday 17th November, 10am-5pm. The venue is the Kirk O’ Feilds Hall at the Greyfriars Charteris Centre, 138/140 The Pleasance, Edinburgh EH8 9RR.

The conference will bring together rank and file trade unionists, climate activists and others to debate and discuss the transition to a sustainable economy. The focus is on jobs, energy and the environment and the agenda will cover climate change transitions, job creation and defence divestment.

Contributors includes Joe Pisani (Unite steward Balfour Beattie, Rosyth Dockyard and Unite Executive), Jonathan Neale (Campaign Against Climate Change and coauthor of the Million Climate Jobs pamphlet), Andrews Feinstein (author, filmmaker and CAAT), Fliss Premu (REEL news) and Hazel Graham (co-chair Cumbria).
