In November 2022, as the pandemic eased, Peace and Justice and Secure Scotland moved into Words and Actions for Peace , near to Summerhall and the Salisbury Centre.
Peace and Justice are sharing the Centre with fellow peace organisation Secure Scotland with whom we are developing a deeper partnership as we manage the centre and its resources together.
Words and Actions is a space for the peace movement and local community in Edinburgh and Scotland. With publications on peace and social justice issues and peace memorabilia for you to buy it is intended that people can drop in browse, buy or just chat.
There is space for exhibitions, events or meetings. The full capacity is about 30 people. There is a large smart TV, for showing films or hosting hybrid meetings.
