Exploring the centrality of active nonviolence to Christianity, recent shifts from Just War to Nonviolence, work done in communities around the world, and opportunities to develop nonviolence in Scotland.
Speakers:
Fr. John Dear. Director of FOR USA, a lifelong activist and theologian looking at peace, nonviolence and social justice.
Lucas Johnson. General Secretary of IFOR, a Baptist, and witness to nonviolence work in countries riven by civil strife, includ-ing South Sudan and Colombia.
Attend for full residential weekend from Friday 5pm to Sunday 5pm or just for the day on Saturday.
