Please join Uniting for Peace at 7.15pm at St. Mark’s Unitarian Church, Castle Terrace (off Lothian Road at West End of Princes Street, Edinburgh) for this annual event with representatives of a wide spectrum of Edinburgh’s faith communities – with the focus on global peace building. Rev. John and Mrs Joan Miller, report on the 2015 Parliament of World Religions which they attended in Salt Lake City. Ian Mills, founder-director of the charity Ambraham’s Children in Need, serving children in need in Israel/Palestine. Brian Cooper will report on Uniting for peace’s 2015-2016 Edinburgh Christian-Muslim peace dialogues. Baha’i musician Maureen Hunter will play music for peace on the clarsach (Gallic harp) and much more!
