Invitation to a screening of the thought provoking film “”Poppies For Peace” @ 7pm 14 May to raise funds for the Grassmarket Community Project and the Conscientious Objectors sculpture memorial.
A thought provoking film featuring Tony Benn, reflecting on the current state of the World 100 years since: “The War To End All Wars”.
The film, a tribute to Harry Patch (1898 – 2009), last surviving soldier of WW1, asks the question: “Has their sacrifice been betrayed by our failure to end war?”
