Stories of refugees and asylum seekers are often misrepresented or misconstrued in the mainstream media .This conversation event will shed light on the roots of displacement and obstacles many refugees and asylum seekers face in seeking freedom and safety. Our distinguished panel will share their experience of working with refugees and asylum seekers who have undergone the process of resettlement and assimilation in their new communities.
